This Elgin National Watch Company timepiece, circa 1902, contains one of the finest railroad-grade pocket watch mechanisms available in the day: a solid nickel, 23 ruby jeweled “Veritas” with solid gold jewel settings; gold train and jeweled motor barrel. Offered in a period presentation box.  

Wonderfully early 18 size pocket watch by Hamilton Watch Company, featuring a gorgeous double-sunk porcelain dial, extra-fancy blued hands and a solid nickel, 21 ruby jeweled movement and expressive damsaskeening. Offered with heavy yellow gold-filled railroad-grade chain and unusual gold-ore fob. Circa 1917.
